Delft-TOOLS

A graphically-oriented general framework for decision support systems allowing for the integration of arbitrary simulation programs.

Based on a new approach, the design is characterised by an open and modular structure, making it highly flexible in its use.

Delft-TOOLS was designed in concert with SOBEK, RIBASIM and HYMOS. Functions provided include scenario management, data entry, interactive design of a network from map data, set-up of an object-oriented data base, presentation, analysis and animation of results on maps. The result: a flexible integration of software modules.

The tools were developed in collaboration with Dutch public institutes and government departments and are continuously updated.
